Kirk Lyons

Kirk Lyons started with AJ Auto Electrical in 2004 after leaving school. He’s the fourth generation of auto electricians in the family, and entering the family business was something he wanted to pursue. He completed his apprenticeship in 2008 and then went overseas for five years working in mining and heavy industry. This strengthened his skills in auto electrical and air conditioning, which he appreciates in the hotter months.

Kirk returned to AJ Auto Electrical in 2014 and has really enjoyed being home. He has a passion for the job and loves being a part of the family business, especially helping customers get their best results. There’s never a dull moment as every day brings a different challenge in this line of work.

Kirk enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly and their young family, and has always had a keen interest in mucking around with and repairing old cars and riding motorbikes when time allows.
